The organizer of a swingers’ event taking place near Windsor in June has a message for unattached men: No sex, please — You’re single.

Hard Toffee — a pseudonym used by the operator of an adult lifestyle event service called Spice Life — said single men cause unwanted distractions at his parties.

“These events tend to get overwhelmed with single guys if you let it,” he said. “Single guys standing around hovering over couples and drooling tends to creep people out.”

Toffee, who declined to give his real name, said he has been organizing swinger parties for five years in Toronto, London and Edmonton.

He said the parties are held at secret locations and describes them as “a place for the hedonistic appetite.”

The Summer Swinger Fest, which is a first for his company in this area, takes place June 16 at a “secluded and spacious property” in Essex County near Highway 401.

He hopes to attract up to 100 couples from as far away as London and Chatham.

Toffee has been advertising the event on swinger dating sites and craigslist.ca, as well as in local sex shops and at nightclubs.

Admission fees, which include a barbecue and beverages, are $100 per couple and $20 for single women. There will also be a disc jockey and exotic dancers.

“The event is open to the public, but the location is only revealed once you RSVP,” Toffee said.

The age-range at similar events in the past has been 18 to 50, but he said the majority are between 30 and 45.

The event is On Premise, he said, which basically means that anything goes: “orgies, threesomes, partner swapping, etc.”

Single males will be allowed access, but only if they accompany a couple.

Toffee makes no secret about the kind of clients he’s appealing to: “This is about sexual freedom and living out fantasies. A lot of couples that attend these events simply want to add spice to their relationships.”
