They are at it again on the now world famous Dogging hotspot by the A128 loop which is top for Bulphan Dogging
Stephen Metcalfe, MP for East Thurrock, held a meeting with PCC Nick Alston and councillors Sue Little and Simon Wootton to discuss local issues and top of the agenda was the issue of dogging in the A128 loop, near to Pear Tree Lane, Bulphan – a problem that has caused great upset to residents.
