This isn’t the most depressing day of the year

According to scientifc research, today is Blue Monday or as it’s been termed by the press “The most depressing day of the year”.

Apparently, it’s always the 3rd Monday in the new year due to a combination of factors such as weather conditions, debt level, time since Christmas, time since failing our new year’s resolutions, low motivational levels and feeling of a need to take action.
